Some customers may be exempt from VAT on certain items if they meet
certain criteria. Not everyone can claim relief of VAT. If you are
unsure about your eligibility for VAT Relief, please contact
HM Revenue & Customs National Advise Service online or by
telephone on: 0845 010 9000.
If you believe you qualify for Vat Exemption you must do two
things before you place your order.
Step 1
You must complete and submit a VAT Exemption Form. You
may do this now or during the checkout procedure. If you wish to
submit a VAT Exemption form, you can do that here:

Step 2
You must type EXEMPT into the
Vat Code Box during the checkout procedure.
By completing the above actions, you are stating that you understand
the VAT Exemption rules and are eligible for VAT Relief. If you do not
submit a Vat Exemption Form but do enter the Vat Code, your order may be
cancelled automatically.
There are Penalties, as set out by HM Revenue & Customs for falsely
claiming Vat Relief. It is up to you, the customer to understand these
rules. If you are still unsure, contact

What if I believe I am not eligible for Vat Relief?
If you believe you are not eligible for Vat Relief, you must pay the
Vat Element of your order. You do not need to do anything, simply
complete your order as normal, leaving the Vat Code Box empty.
Please Note: There is no Vat Relief on Shipping and Packaging
services. Shipping and Packing costs will be displayed with Vat @ 20%
already added.
