Shipping
Smaller items (walking sticks, slippers etc.) will usually be sent in a packet or parcel. Larger items (walkers, frames etc.) may be shipped by courier. All packets & parcels MUST be signed for. Estimated delivery time for all orders is 2-3 working days. In the event there is a delay, we will notify you by email advising you.
The above shipping methods and estimated times of delivery applies to items IN STOCK only. Where possible, we will ship all in stock items as soon as possible. Outstanding items may be shipped to you at a later date, at no additional cost to you. Sometimes we may ship all of your ordered items in multiple parcels, even though they may be in stock, in this situation you will not be charged any additional costs for shipping. Where possible, you will be emailed relevant information regarding your order.
All orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed, but might not be shipped the same day, in this case they will be shipped the following day.

We currently offer a variable rate rate shipping service. This enables us to offer great shipping prices to all of our customers, no matter how large or small their orders may be. Shipping costs are as follows:

Cancellations & Returns
If you wish to cancel an order, simply email us at orders@mobilitystop.co.uk and let us know. Providing an order has not shipped to you, we will cancel the order and refund the cost of the items and shipping to you. If however the order has already shipped to you, we are unable to stop the order process. In this instance, you must either take delivery or reject the packet or parcel. If you reject the packet or parcel, it will be returned to us and a refund will be issued to you. If you take delivery or the packet or parcel but change your mind later on, you must return the order or items to us at your own expense. See below for more details.
We understand that sometimes an item may need to be returned to us.
In the event that you receive a faulty item, you may return it to us. Simply contact us at orders@mobilitystop.co.uk or by clicking on the "Contact Us" link in the side menu and we will assist you in returning an item. You must arrange the return of the item to us at your own expense, however we will refund the cost of the item, original shipping costs and any additional costs incurred by you in shipping the item back to us. If you simply wish to have a replacement item, just let us know. We will refund the cost of the return shipping to you and dispatch a new item to you at no additional cost.
If you change your mind and do not want an item, you may return it to us. Simply contact us at orders@mobilitystop.co.uk or by clicking on the "Contact Us" link in the side menu and we will assist you in returning an item. In this instance, you must return the item at your own expense. The item must be sent via a trackable means (eg. royal mail parcels, signed for). You must also ensure that the product has not been used or opened (eg. Blister Packs, Sealed Packages). The item must be returned in "as new" condition and be "re-sellable". If the item returned to us is deemed "un-used", "as-new" and "re-sellable" then we will issue you with a refund for the cost of the item. Unfortunately we can not refund the cost of shipping charges in this instance. If the item is considered "used", "damaged" or "not re-sellable" we will not issue a refund to you and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
